We offer a range of different classes here at CrossFit Pen Y Bont. The main class being CrossFit, CrossFit Pen Y Bont is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals to reach superior levels of fitness. We are located at Unit 4, George Street, Bridgend Industrial Estate, CF31 3TS. Our training is suited for ALL levels of fitness; from children, to grandmothers, to elite athletes, and everything in between. 

In today’s information age we move less, sit more, eat poorly, and have a limited amount of free time. This chair-borne lifestyle has taken its toll on our bodies, leaving us energy deprived, inefficient, and injury prone. We only have one body and one chance to take care of it. Let’s seize this opportunity to take full control of our health and fitness.




At CF PYB you will not find rows of ellipticals or weight machines. What you will find is a facility equipped with barbells, pull-up bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, and plyo boxes. You will find plenty of floor space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing – functional movements. This means that all of your workouts will be comprised of exercises that for the most part, mimic movements performed in everyday life or sport.

The program varies which means you will rarely do the same workout twice in any given year. You will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, each day a workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level. And because our workouts are rarely longer than 40 minutes they can fit into even the busiest schedules.



Originally planned for the 'school drop-off mothers' who could fit some daily fitness into their routine has vastly turned into a high intensity low skill 45 minute session which aims to get the heart rate high, burn some serious calories and to get shifting some unwanted fat!

These classes are kept low skill as we want to get the most out you as possible in the fastest time possible, therefore, we keep to functional movements and use rowers, air assault bikes, ski ergs and a heap of bodyweight movement.

Our community plays a very important role in what we do here at CF PYB. We like to think of everyone as one big dysfunctional, yet happy family. As a community we train incredibly hard; harder than most thought they were capable of.
